The Cottage is designed to be a complete house with living area, bedroom, closet and bathroom. Designed for a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator, counter and sink. The bathroom has room for a vanity, sink, toilet, bathtub and shower.
The Cottage is a beautiful primary dwelling or guest house.
This photo (right) shows the Cottage with tile roof and cement and stucco external walls.

Optional skylights in the roof brightens the interior with natural light. The large roof has a 3 ft overhang all around the house. One end of the cottage has an extended porch roof covering a 8' deck area, 128 sqft.

House designs consider the building site microclimate to ensure houses perform in the most challenging climates. In tropical climates, skylights, cupolas and built in ventilation are encouraged. For insulated homes in hot and cold climates, the customer chooses R-Values and insulation options.
