| Interior space is 1122 sqft on first floor and 960 sqft on second floor. First floor has kitchen, dining and living room, 3rd bedroom + bath and 2 closets. Interior stairway goes up to the second floor which has a master bedroom + bath, 2nd bedroom + bath and 2 closets.
The extended porch covering the wrap around deck is optional for one to four sides and can be used for lounge chairs, dining tables, play areas and storage areas.

Interior designs can be customized. You may want to use bamboo flooring on the living areas, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and carpeting in the bedrooms. You may choose to have only one bathroom and expand one of the bedrooms. You may choose to limit the exterior deck to less than 4 sides and include large picture windows or sliding windows instead of doors. The doors can be sliding glass doors or double French doors made from bamboo. Interior walls can be covered with bamboo weaving or made of solid wood carved with exotic ornamental designs.

House designs consider the building site microclimate to ensure houses perform in the most challenging climates. In tropical climates, skylights, cupolas and built in ventilation are encouraged. For insulated homes in hot and cold climates, the customer chooses R-Values and insulation options.
