10 ft square. 100 sqft with extended porch roof covering 6ft wrap around deck area, extra 210 sqft. Lends itself well to combinations of 2 or more Pod Hales.

Pod Hale is 10'x10' square, 100 sqft. Windows on three sides with a door on one of those sides. One wall is solid. Roof is a pyramid based on the Golden Mean. Space for an optional loft to cover half of the room. Extended 9' porch roof covers a 6' deck 210 sqft area.
Pods can be connected in a row or L shape. Living quarters, kitchen, bath and bedroom, can be built into a house made of three or more.

Pod Hale can be attached to an Octahale for an extra bedroom, office or bathroom. One Pod Hale separate from the main house is an excellent office, yoga or meditation room, or sleeping quarters.

House designs consider the building site microclimate to ensure houses perform in the most challenging climates. In tropical climates, skylights, cupolas and built in ventilation are encouraged. For insulated homes in hot and cold climates, the customer chooses R-Values and insulation options.
