Pod Thai Hale is 10'x20' feet, 200 sqft interior space. An optional 100 sqft loft can be built in the center of the structure for sleeping or storage, or even a play area for kids.
Two can be connected together to make a square or long rectangle.
A more ornamental design, very attractive.
Four peaked and vented roof gables highlight the mix of New England and Asian architecture.

There are two sets of optional bamboo French doors, one on each side, and large sliding glass windows on each end.

Pod Thai Hale blends well into a forest of trees or bamboo or it can stand alone. An excellent den, shop area, separate bedroom, or meditation area. Pod Thai Hale is the kind of structure that people make into “my private little hide away”.

House designs consider the building site microclimate to ensure houses perform in the most challenging climates. In tropical climates, skylights, cupolas and built in ventilation are encouraged. For insulated homes in hot and cold climates, the customer chooses R-Values and insulation options.
